This role is responsible for organizing, maintaining, and processing critical quality documentation while assisting with inspections and testing activities. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working with documentation systems and production teams.QA Documentation Clerk Job DutiesPrepare and assemble quality assurance and laboratory documentation packagesMaintain and organize QA and laboratory files for accuracy and complianceScan and upload documents into the document imaging systemEnsure documents are properly filed and easily retrievableAssist with basic inspections and testing as neededReview documents for completeness and accuracySupport quality and production teams with administrative tasksFollow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environmentQA Documentation Clerk RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of clerical or administrative experienceStrong organizational and document management skillsAbility to read and interpret safety rules, procedures, and work instructionsAbility to write routine reports and maintain accurate recordsBasic computer skills and experience with document systems preferredAttention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentClean-cut appearance required (no visible tattoos)No felonies in the last 3 years, no violent felonies everMust be able to pass a pre-employment drug screeningPay: $21.00 DOESchedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PMLocation: Houston, TX 77008SNELLING is a contingency recruiting firm, placing candidates in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire positions for over 75 years.
