Over 3 years of experience leading ServiceNow Risk projects as an Architect3. 5+ years working on the ServiceNow platform.Job Description/ Responsibilities " Lead Requirements workshops and design discussions for Security & risk projects, consulting on bothServiceNow and Security & Risk best practices." Manage all important project processes such as: platform architecture documentation, integrationdocumentation, work-effort estimation and hands-on advanced development." Translate requirements/stories and mock-ups into fully functional features by working closely with theimplementation project team." Fulfill Project s technical development and configuration at the highest standard of technical qualitycontributing with assignments, follow up and guidance to Junior / Mid developers." Fulfill technical design guidance within our projects following ServiceNow best practices." Understand how the technologies available can be used to solve the business problem." Understand what frameworks, platform application, or technical stack can be used to create a solution." Understand how the ServiceNow application will look, what modules will be in scope, and how they willinteract with each other" Understand how the ServiceNow digital solution will scale in the future and how it will be supported." Develops complex technical solutions" Provides peer review for completed work" Ability to define the Risk vs. Value Proposition for third party integrations with ServiceNow" Ability to clearly define for stakeholders how Governance works with respect to the platform and how it workswith respect to the project." Ability to clearly support Organizational Change Management" Contribute to the continuous improvement of Delivery Services processes as well as the maturing of thedifferent portfolios, capabilities, expertise, and best practices in consideration of Customer needs andrequirements."
