Aquatics Director

Job Description We are seeking a community-oriented professional with a proven record in aquatics to oversee our aquatics team and programming at our new $16.7 million facility. The Aquatics Director is responsible for all aquatics services, programming, and events. General duties include the supervision and training of all aquatics staff, facilitation of aquatics-related Y member and program participant issues, implementing and/or overseeing aquatics programs and events, and the cleanliness and safety of the pool. With 120 years of service to the community, the Miami County YMCA is looking for our next Aquatics Director to join our team of professionals who are committed to high-quality work that delivers deep impact on the lives of others.
