About us We are an established window & door sales and installation company on a growth trajectory. Responsibilities: - Get accurate measurements for back office to order new windows - Remove old windows/doors and prepare openings for new windows/doors - Install new windows/doors according to manufacturer's specifications - Seal and weatherproof windows - Perform quality control checks to ensure that windows/doors are installed properly - Demonstrate window operation to customer - Clean up work area after each installation - Complete warranty work for previous jobs -Use ServiceMinder app to schedule appointments, upload documents/photos, and communicate with customers. - Put out signs for brand awareness while installing windows/doors and remove signs when completed - Get before and after photos of front of home, windows, and doors - Dispose of old windows & trash - Must be able to pick up windows/doors and take to job site for installation - Always be professional, courteous, punctual, and communicative Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - 2+ years of experience in window/door installation - Valid driver's license - Have current EPA certification, or willing to obtain before employment - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Must be able to work both inner city and suburbs within a 60-90 mile radius of Philadelphia - Must have own truck and tools - Strong attention to detail - Ability to follow instructions and work independently - Ability to lift and carry heavy objects - Must have the following insurance: General Liability, Auto Liability, and Worker’s Compensation (if working with anyone else) If you are a skilled installer with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering high-quality results, we want to hear from you.
