This is a hands-on clinical leadership role that works side-by-side with the team on the treatment floor, providing direct patient care while guiding clinical operations.In this role, you will not be removed from the bedside-you'll be actively initiating and terminating dialysis, assessing patients, and supporting teammates in real time.
