Contract Recruiter – Hybrid (Delaware, OH Area)We’re seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support a high-performing manufacturing organization specializing in advanced thermal solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on recruiting environment and enjoys partnering closely with hiring leaders across production, engineering, and corporate functions.In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruiting efforts from intake through offer acceptance, ensuring a strong candidate experience while delivering high-quality talent into critical manufacturing roles.Own full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, and corporate functionsPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build sourcing strategies, and align on talent needsProactively source and engage passive candidates using a variety of tools, platforms, and networking methodsScreen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure strong technical and cultural alignmentManage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate tracking within the ATSExtend offers and support negotiation processes in partnership with HR leadershipEnsure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycleSupport hiring initiatives in a hybrid environment, with collaboration both onsite (Delaware, OH area) and remoteIdeal candidates will bring prior experience recruiting within manufacturing or industrial environments, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple requisitions.If you’re a driven recruiter who enjoys building strong teams in a technical, production-focused environment, we’d love to connect.
