Medical Director -Radiology

Job Description: Medical Director Position: Medical Director Company: Cacius Inc. Overview: Cacius Inc. is seeking a highly qualified and licensed Medical Director to provide leadership and oversight for our medical operations. This role will focus on supporting teleradiology services, provider network expansion, compliance review, and offering subject matter expertise to our executive and operational teams. Key Responsibilities: Teleradiology Services: Provide teleradiology services to Cacius’ customers in states where you are currently licensed. This will be the primary responsibility in this role. Provider Network Expansion: Assist in identifying and acquiring new providers to expand Cacius' network and meet current and future contractual obligations. Subject Matter Expertise & Collaboration: Offer subject matter expertise to Cacius' executive team and collaborate with the Product, Operations, and Engineering teams. Participate in pre-scheduled meetings and contribute to strategic discussions that align with the company's objectives. Compliance Review: Review Cacius' programs for compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Provide recommendations to ensure ongoing compliance and address any potential areas of concern. Compensation: Rate: $225 per hour Monthly Cap: $10,000 (with flexibility for additional services as agreed upon in writing) Term & Review: At the end of the initial term, both parties will review the contract and the relationship to determine if the engagement will be renewed or adjusted. Qualifications: Licensed medical professional with experience in teleradiology and compliance. Proven ability to assist in provider network expansion and offer subject matter expertise. Additional Provisions: The scope of services and compensation may be adjusted to meet the evolving needs of the company. This role may be terminated with 15 days' written notice. Confidentiality of proprietary information is required.
