Senior FP&A Analyst
THE OPPORTUNITY:Adore Me, a subsidiary of Victoria’s Secret & Co. (NYSE: VSCO) since being acquired in December 2022, is seeking a top performing, self-motivated Senior FP&A Analyst with strong analytical and interpersonal skills to play a critical role as we continue to build a best-in-class finance function. This role will support strategic decision making and operational efficiencies through high quality financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis.Reporting to the Director of FP&A, the Senior FP&A Analyst will own key aspects of monthly financial and KPI reporting, assist in maintaining and continuously improving the company operating model, and serve as finance business partner to key organizational stakeholders. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail oriented, and comfortable prioritizing multiple deliverables in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. With exposure to a wide array of areas across the business, you will acquire a robust toolkit of corporate finance skills to build relationships with business stakeholders and promote overall career growth.WHAT YOU’LL DO:Co-lead the FP&A team’s coverage of sales, margin and inventory for a retail e-commerce business across multiple sales channels (including direct-to-consumer and marketplaces)Support the monthly, quarterly and annual budgeting, re-forecasting, and long-range planning processes, including partnering with teams across the company to create dynamic, driver-based budgets and forecastsDrive preparation of Weekly Business Reviews to present financial results, sales & margin KPIs, and variances for key stakeholdersOwn daily and monthly sales and margin reporting and forecastingCollaborate with Performance Marketing and Merchandise Planning teams to forecast, track and analyze bottom-up levers for sales performanceLeverage financial and operational data to build detailed reports, drive actionable strategic insights and support business decisionsPrepare ad hoc analyses for key stakeholders to support thoughtful and data-driven decision makingPartner with Accounting to ensure accurate reporting of financials related to sales, COGS, inventory and any additional variable expensesThink critically about finance processes to drive automation, efficiency, accuracy and other improvements both near-term and long-termWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:Bachelor’s degree with major in finance, accounting, or economics preferred3-5 years of professional experience in FP&A, sales ops, investment banking, private equity, and/or management consultingRetail e-commerce and/or consumer product experience strongly preferred but not requiredStrong three-statement financial modeling and data manipulation skills, including building bottom-up analyses from scratch; expert in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and G Suite (Google Sheets, Google Slides)Solid understanding of accounting principles and public company financial reporting requirementsExperience with accounting / ERP systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.Data guru with prior experience with visualization tools such as Looker Studio and/or PowerBI strongly preferredAn intellectually curious team player with a no-compromises approach to work quality, attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, hands-on go-getter with the ability to build and overhaul processes, take initiative, work independently and proactively, multi-task, and remain flexible with changing priorities“I’ll find a way!” mindset where you can leverage your autonomy within your role to think outside the boxDemonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across global teams by adapting to diverse cultural norms, respecting time zone differences, and leveraging digital collaboration tools to maintain alignment and productivity Skilled in building trust and fostering inclusive communication styles that support clarity, empathy, and shared goals in international work environmentsAbility and willingness to work on-site at our office in Tribeca on Mondays, Tuesdays, and ThursdaysWHAT WE OFFER:The base pay for this position ranges from $115,000 - $130,000. This is an exempt position. Pay is based on a number of factors including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
