Server AssistantAt Main Event, our Server Assistants are there to support the Server to ensure that our Guests have an amazing experience! As a Server Assistant, your primary duty is to help with refills, pre-bussing tables and helping with table turns, and making sure the dining areas are spotlessly clean! You also assist with aspects of service like greeting Guests and taking drink overs. You're also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation. What Will You Be Doing Daily? Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!) Assisting with greeting Guests and taking drink orders Delivering food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipating Guest's needs Supporting the Server, by refilling condiments, pre-bussing tables and turning tables Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties Position Requirements Prior food and beverage experience a plus, but not required Guest focused mindset (We heart our Guests!) Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)
