Position SummaryThe Safety Monitor will oversee the safety of the facility and is responsible for the safety of clients in a residential housing facility, which include ensuring consistent implementation of program procedures, organization, and management of data and related documentation. Promotes a work environment conducive to safety and effective communication, collaboration, team building and professionalism. Promotes collaborations and partnerships with other departments to provide a comprehensive continuum of services to clients.Minimum Qualifications And CompetenciesMust be 21 years of age or older. Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in security or related field preferred. Ability to obtain fingerprint clearance card, CPR, CPI and First Aid Certifications. Bilingual language skills in English/Spanish and as appropriate to population served required.Cleared background check from appropriate entity. Cleared drug test results.
