Telemarketing Representative (Fully Remote)

NIP Group www.nipgroup.com is a rapidly growing insurance service provider of specialty programs for commercial insurance brokers and carriers providing underwriting, distribution, product management, administration, and risk management services primarily by acting as a managing underwriter (MGA) and a Reciprocal Services Manager (RSM).
Location: Remote
What You'll Do:
Responsible for sourcing and cultivating insured leads
Cold calling from list of insureds to generate leads (pic)
Cold calling from list of generated leads to verify lead information (verification)
Manage, grow, and develop brand awareness
Consistently capture and track sales prospecting activity in system
Represent the company with professionalism during every prospective and existing client interaction
Support company-wide marketing and sales initiatives
Additional responsibilities as assigned
What You Bring:
High School Diploma
Insurance or financial industry experience a plus (pic)
Basic Insurance knowledge (verification)
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM a plus
Results and goal driven mentality with strong problem-solving abilities
Comfort and confidence engaging with others as well as the outstanding ability to create open dialogue
Strong desire to learn new things as well as expand upon current knowledge
Customer service orientation that lends itself to creating and strengthening internal and external relationships
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Assertive, diligent and hard-working
