Structural Engineer Direct Hire St. Petersburg, FL TempExperts is filling for a Structural Engineer with a well-established full-service design company in St. Petersburg, FL The ideal candidate will have experience with large-scale construction and renovations projects. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the project ensuring Structural Design standards, practices, and policies are followed. Communicate and work well with all team members. Work effectively and efficiently on multiple projects. Participate in project meetings during design and construction. Preparation of graphic and written construction documents. Lead site visits assessing the existing structural infrastructure. Identify and solve problems during design or in the field during construction. Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree. Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Florida is required. Minimum 10 years’ Architectural and Engineering experience. Senior Living, Healthcare, Multifamily projects, including new construction and renovation projects experience. Healthcare Administration (AHCA) knowledge and experience as it relates to healthcare design. Autodesk – AutoCAD 2021, Autodesk Revit 2021, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) required.
