Role Description The Director of Grants is a volunteer remote role responsible for overseeing all aspects of the grant management process. This includes researching and identifying grant opportunities, writing compelling proposals, managing grant submissions, and tracking outcomes to ensure compliance with grant requirements. The Director of Grants will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and align grant applications with FRVN’s mission and funding goals. The role also involves ensuring proper budgeting and reporting for awarded grants, while identifying opportunities for program improvement through analytics and feedback. Qualifications Proficiency in Grant Administration and Proposal WritingStrong Analytical Skills to assess grant data and outcomesExperience in Program Management and BudgetingHighly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage timelines effectivelyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with nonprofit funding strategies is a plus
