Software Engineer I – Salesforce Integration, Tier 2 Security Clearance
Job Description: Design systems and programs to meet complex Salesforce integration business needsCode, test, debug, implement, and document moderately complex software programs supporting contact center integration requirementsPrepare detailed specifications from which integration programs are developed and codedEnsure programs meet standards, technical specifications, and applicable IT governance requirementsPerform technical analysis and component delivery across integration workstreamsAnalyze and gather information from existing Salesforce and contact center systemsSupport software development cost estimation and schedule planningExplore new technologies and design approaches to address integration requirementsCoordinate with the management team to ensure problem resolution and client satisfactionComplete tasks within estimated timeframes and budget constraintsSupport UAT and go-live activitiesAttend scheduled and ad hoc meetings as requiredRequirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (equivalent combination of education and experience considered)0–3 years of relevant professional experience; 0 years of experience within the scope of the contract requiredFamiliarity with software engineering practices, design techniques, and toolsAbility to review and work within legacy systemsCurrent Tier 2 Security Clearance (formerly NACI) required at time of engagementBenefits: All personnel must execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)Personnel may be required to handle Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)All staff are subject to applicable IT security standards, policies, and reporting requirements
