Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: performing opening/running/closing duties, cleaning all spills immediately using floor signs to caution guests/staff, put all trash/recyclable products in proper receptacles, cleaning and stocking line to par throughout shift. Handling side duties (including stocking ice bins, liquor, beer, wine and coolers, including lifting/moving up to 25lbs), clean/assist with maintaining bar equipment, opening/running/closing side duties, put all trash/recyclable products in proper receptacles, and ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinance.Minimum Requirements:T.I.P.S Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or EquivalentHigh volume kitchen operationsFood Service as either an Expeditor or Server in a high volume environmentExceptional communication skillsSense of UrgencyTime ManagementKitchen sanitation standardsCritical thinking and decision makingHigh School diploma*Physical Demands/Working Environment:Work environment is fast-paced, loud and often stressfulPosition requires extended periods of prolonged standing and working on your feetMust be able to lift or move up to 40 lbs using proper lifting techniques
