This position oversees daily clinic operations, supports and supervises staff, and helps maintain both the financial health of the clinic and the well-being of the people and animals we serve.This role is ideal for a collaborative leader who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves—working alongside staff when needed—while also providing structure, accountability, and guidance. Some exposure to noise, odors, and animal-related risks is expected. Occasional extended hours may be required to meet clinic needs.
