FutureSight is seeking an experienced and visionary Founding CEO to lead the launch of a new AI-native loan covenant monitoring and compliance platform for mid-market borrowers.CFOs and controllers are stuck managing covenant compliance through brittle spreadsheets and manual reporting, translating real-time ERP data into rigid bank formats under constant risk of technical default. At the same time, banks and credit funds waste enormous analyst time chasing data and validating calculations instead of managing risk.We’re building a borrower-first compliance layer that sits between accounting systems and loan agreements.
