$75,000-$85,000 + Incentive Bonuses — Join our Family Centered Treatment team as a Program Manager in Toledo, OH. We are actively hiring a Program Manager in the Northwest Ohio area to build and sustain our Family Centered Treatment program. Our office will be based in Toledo, OH. Pay range is $75,000-$85,000/Year + incentive bonuses. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of three years of experience managing programs serving children and adolescents in the behavioral health field. Relevant backgrounds may include community mental health services, foster care programs, residential treatment, and similar settings. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, with extensive support available 24-7. A bachelor's degree in human services, such as Psychology, Sociology, or a related field, is required, along with a strong reputation within the behavioral health community. FCT experience is not required, though candidates with prior FCT experience may be eligible for a higher starting salary. Responsibilities: Screen and hire new BA-Level practitioners based on growth Directly supervise the practitioners who provide FCT services Oversee the team meeting and team development process Participate in community/stakeholder meetings/committees and marketing/networking in the area Ensure a strong culture specific to the SPARC Values Obtain FCT Supervisory certification within one year (provided by SPARC).
