Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our construction team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects from start to finish. This position requires a strong understanding of construction management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure all project milestones are met.
- Read and interpret blueprints and other construction documents.
- Utilize ProCore and other construction management software to track project progress and manage project data.
- Conduct site visits to inspect construction progress and identify potential issues.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely and quality completion of work.
- Assist with construction estimating and bid preparation.
- Manage and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and compliance documents.
- Utilize Bluebeam to review and mark up construction documents.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans and schedules.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues.
- Develop and maintain effective communication plans to ensure all stakeholders are informed of project status.
Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project coordination or a related field.
- Strong experience with project management principles and construction management software.
- Experience with construction estimating and bid preparation.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Experience with contract management and compliance.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
