This role serves as a key financial leader, providing oversight of accounting processes, cost analysis, and business performance while supporting operational, HR, and administrative functions. This position partners closely with leadership to translate financial data into actionable insights, ensures accuracy of financial reporting, and supports cross-functional initiatives including HR coordination, workforce development tracking, and internal communications.The Accounting Manager reports to the Vice President and works closely with Ace Electric corporate departments including Finance and Human Resources.Preferred Job SkillsStrong financial acumen with ability to interpret and manage full P&L performanceAdvanced proficiency in accounting systems, Excel, and financial reporting toolsAbility to analyze cost centers and provide strategic recommendationsStrong organizational and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environmentHigh level of professionalism and ability LeadershipManage all aspects of monthly billing, ensuring accuracy and timelinessOversee collections process and monitor outstanding receivablesMaintain ownership of weekly time review, adjustments, and submission for payroll processingProvide full oversight and accountability for the division’s Profit & Loss (P&L)Analyze cost centers and provide insights, recommendations, and solutions to leadershipThe Manager is responsible for actively promoting and maintaining high employee morale to foster a positive, productive, and engaged work environment.Prepare and present financial reports to leadership and, when appropriate, the broader organizationAssist leadership in interpreting and applying key performance indicators (KPIs)Oversee and administer sales commission programsEnsure proper documentation, tracking, and reconciliation of credit card receiptsMaintain real-time accountability of employee and equipment resources to ensure the company neither experiences work shortages nor takes on more work than it can effectively manage.Operational & Administrative SupportCoordinate required customer documentation to initiate jobs and support project startupSupport leadership in aligning financial data with operational performanceServe as a key liaison between Ace Technologies and corporate Finance and HR teamsHuman Resources CoordinationAssist employees with HR-related inquiries, directing to appropriate resources and ensuring follow-throughCoordinate new hire onboarding activities in partnership with Ace Electric HRCoordinate interview scheduling and hiring logisticsSupport apprenticeship program tracking, including hours and documentationMaintain training records, certifications, and re-certifications within BambooHRServe as the primary administrator for BambooHR for Ace TechnologiesMarketing & Communications SupportMaintain and update the Ace Technologies websiteManage LinkedIn presence and company profile updatesDevelop and maintain social media presence and content strategyCoordinate and distribute internal monthly newsletterPosition RequirementsLicense: Valid state driver's license as required by job conditions or by the company.Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.Experience: 5–10 years of accounting, financial management, or business operations experience.Working ConditionsExperience with construction, service-based, or project-based accounting preferred.Work in a climate-controlled office environment with moderate to high levels of activity and deadlines.Frequent use of computer, phone, and office equipment.Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Required Physical/Mental FunctionsComprehend and practice safe work procedures as outlined in Company Safety Handbook.Read and interpret financial data, reports, and written communications.Maintain attention to detail and accuracy under time constraints.Repetitive use of hands,
