Design, build, and support the Internal Cloud Platform as a Service (PaaS) based on VMware Tanzu Application Server (TAS)Ensure the TAS platform meets enterprise standards for availability, scalability, security, and developer experienceOwn the platform architecture, configuration standards, and engineering patterns for application deployment and operationCollaborate with automation, SRE, and operations teams to improve platform reliability and lifecycle managementSupport application onboarding, modernization, and integration within the PaaS environmentWhat's Needed? 4-5 years of experience engineering or operating Platform as a Service (PaaS) environmentsHands-on experience with Linux, application runtimes, and platform architectureFamiliarity with VMware, virtualization concepts, and internal cloud platformsExperience supporting developer onboarding, CI/CD integration, and application runtime platformsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentWhat's in it for me?
