With over a decade of staffing excellence, we specialize in IT, healthcare, and professional roles, empowering both clients and candidates to grow together.Job descriptionResponsibilitiesServe as the primary IT contact for escalated Technical Services supportSupport network and infrastructure teams with troubleshooting and projectsCoordinate resolution of Priority 1 and Priority 2 incidents including afterhours on call supportWork with MLL personnel to identify issues and define future state requirementsCoordinate application support for incidents and service requests in the plantAct as the single point of contact and project lead for complex service requests and local projectsMonitor service levels and support the health of Technical Services including network reliability availability and capacityWork with MLL stakeholders including execution systems teams plant engineers and techniciansAssist with site asset planning deployment and decommissioningCoordinate end-user support and service desk activitiesCoordinate application installations and ensure proper operationLiaise with network vendors on equipment repair and maintenanceProvide initial troubleshooting for applications and coordinate escalation through resolutionSupport and coordinate site technical change control activitiesQualifications Skills5 years of experience in site IT support and incident managementProficiency in ITIL processes and service asset managementGxP knowledge preferredStrong knowledge of network infrastructure including firewalls switches routers IP subnetting and Layer 14 securityAbility to work independently and provide off-hours supportStrong multitasking coordination and organizational skillsPreferred additional SkillsExperience supporting IT infrastructure in a manufacturing plant environmentKnowledge of SCADA MES and Kepware is a plusAbility to coordinate effectively across teams and departmentsFamiliarity with general project management principlesKnowledge of multiple Windows operating systems and databases📩 Apply today or share profiles at sharmi@smartitframe.com
