Senior Full Stack Engineer

Job DescriptionWe're looking for a senior full-stack engineer who designs and builds scalable systems in Python, TypeScript, and SQL while also driving product architecture, integrations, and performance improvements. On top of hands-on coding, they shape the roadmap, mentor teammates, and ensure engineering velocity stays high in a fast-moving AI automation startup.As our customer base and technical stack expand, we're entering a new phase of platform development. You'll work on the hardest growth blockers and own meaningful pieces of the product vision.RequirementsThis is an 80% technical / 20% leadership role.
