Position Highlights:Position: Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) - Post Acute CareLocation: Skilled Nursing Facilities in Endeavors north region (Evanston, Swedish Hospital).Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time, 40 hours per weekHours: Monday - Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.Potential for weekend hours in the futureNo evenings or holidaysWhat you will need:License: Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure in the State of IL required;Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License requiredEducation: Completion of Master's level program in specialty areaCertification: BLS/CPR certification requiredExperience: Minimum of three years advanced practice provider experience.
