Then you are the intern we are looking for at our Rijk Zwaan USA Research Farm located in Gonzales, California.The vacancy for a Research Farm Assistant Intern at Rijk Zwaan USAAs intern Research Farm Assistant, you will work in collaboration with our Farm Manager and Farm Team in a variety of tasks including but not limited to: General seed research activities, involving setting up and maintaining large general value trials. Mapping out, measuring, staking, cleaning, evaluating, cutting, transplanting, and providing feedback on all trials. Tractor driving, managing irrigation, spraying/hoeing weeds, and miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Farm Manager.The Ideal candidate is interested in working on an active research farm and able to collaborate with the team on all aspects of research and development.Goals of the Rijk Zwaan InternshipOne of the primary goals of a Rijk Zwaan Internship is to offer a positive and productive learning experience focused on your area(s) of interest.
