Equipment Coordinator An Equipment Coordinator plays a crucial role as a liaison between the branch, customers, and drivers, ensuring that equipment is cleaned, maintained, and staged for delivery. This entry-level position provides support to yard operations, verifies equipment returns, and addresses customer inquiries, laying the foundation for growth into roles like Sales/Operations Coordinator or Driver. Responsibilities: Cleaning, maintaining, and organizing heavy and construction equipment in the yard. Assisting with loading and unloading equipment, staging items for drivers, and verifying delivery and return tickets. Answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing advice on equipment selection and usage. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area. Essential Skills: Experience with general labor, cleaning, and washing. Possession of a valid driver's license. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain on your feet for the entire shift. Capable of bending, squatting, reaching, and lifting. Strong communication and organizational skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Experience with forklifts, inventory management, auto maintenance, hand tools, janitorial tasks, and production. Customer service orientation. Employees are expected to clean, wash, and move vehicles, with some work occurring in the shop. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Indianapolis, IN. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
