The hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This position will perform the duties described in the job description below and will be considered an Exempt employee.We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive growth in the mobile water treatment market across North America. This role focuses on developing and closing short-term "Bridge" and long-term Build-Own-Operate (BOO) opportunities across industrial markets. The successful candidate will be able to identify influence, develop opportunities, and work closely with regional sales managers to develop opportunities identified by the broader team.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:8 years or more of experience in water treatment, industrial services, or related fieldProven track record in technical or solution-based sales in industrial marketsExperience with mobile/modular water systems, rentals, or BOO models.Strong commercial acumen and deal-closing capabilityAbility to operate in a matrixed organization and influence without direct authorityWillingness to travel as required (30–50%)
