Journeyman HVAC Installer $74K-$94K+
HVAC Journeymen: No On-Call. No Emergency Calls. No Sales Pressure.
We are hiring Maryland Licensed Journeyman HVAC Installer to run residential system change-outs and full HVAC installations. This is a lead installer role where you’ll run your own jobs with a dedicated helper on most projects.
The Role
We’re looking for a strong HVAC Journeyman who can install furnaces, air handlers, condensers, heat pumps, ductwork modifications, refrigerant piping, and complete start-up/commissioning. You must hold a valid Maryland Journeyman HVAC License and EPA Universal Certification.
This is an installation-focused position — not service. Most projects are residential replacements and full system installs. You’ll review job packets, lead the install, ensure code compliance, pass inspection, and deliver clean, high-quality work.
If you’re a licensed HVAC installer who takes pride in craftsmanship and wants consistent install work with support, we want to talk.
