Assist in the implementation of treatment plans under the supervision of licensed professionals.Crisis Intervention: Respond to crisis situations by implementing appropriate interventions and de-escalation techniques. Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure a safe and supportive environment.Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, progress, and treatment interventions. Communicate effectively with the treatment team regarding patient needs and progress.Client Advocacy: Advocate for the rights and well-being of individuals receiving treatment. Collaborate with individuals to develop and achieve personal goals.Collaborative Teamwork: Work collaboratively with therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care. Participate in team meetings and contribute to treatment planning.Compensation and Benefits: $19 to $21 an hour, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position with a full benefits package including 401K matching, insurance options (dental, vision, health), paid time off, employee assistance programs, etc.Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 3pm to 11pm (second shift).Location: Portland, Maine
