Youll make sure our facility is operating efficiently, regularly inspect our buildings and units for any damage, and conduct routine maintenance on our equipment to keep it running smoothly. The ideal person for this job is a reliable team player and a problem solver who has some prior maintenance experience.ResponsibilitiesConduct routine maintenance on appliances ,equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure theyre operating efficiently and make any needed repairsInspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, and walls and perform necessary repairs'. Keep the grounds clean and neat .Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risksHandle additional maintenance tasks as neededQualificationsHigh school diploma/GED or equivalentAt least 2 years of maintenance experienceKnowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systemsAvailable to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and must be able to work weekendsExcellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
