The Customs Entry Writer is responsible for the processing of customs clearances for imports. They will ensure that regulations, standards, and tracking of shipments is maintained and communicated to customers and clients. The Customs Entry Writer will provide accurate documentation and record-keeping for data and documents to ensure timely and accurate statuses are provided with timely client billing and invoicing. Join us to improve the working experience for our employees and play a key role in the growth of the company.Location: 18620 Harmon Ave., Carson, CA 90746ResponsibilitiesProcess customs clearances for imports, adhering to all relevant customs regulations and company standard operating procedures.Conduct Importer Security Filing.Track and trace shipments to ensure information is up-to-date.Communicate directly with clients, freight forwarders, and other related parties through email and phone.Manage documentation and archive records and documents efficiently.Oversee data management for client reports.Ensure timely billing and invoicing for clients.Perform additional duties as assigned.Preferred QualificationsExperience in the customs field is preferred (0-3 years).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Bilingual ability in English and Korean is required.Preferred Education and ExperienceApplications from candidates of all experience levels, including those who may be inexperienced are welcome.High School Diploma or GEDThe base salary range for this role is between $50,000 - $67,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.Benefits (Full-Time ONLY)Health, Dental, and Vision PPO InsuranceLife, STD, LTD Insurance401(K) PlanPaid Time OffAdditional Paid time off (Bereavement, Wedding, Birth of a Child, etc.)Years of Service AwardsEducation Assistant Program (Based on Eligibility)
