Servicing Associate- Escrow Analysis

The Mortgage Servicing Associate role provides the challenge and opportunity to complete essential business tasks. Detail oriented individuals with the ability to multi-task are typically most successful. This role involves in office desk work with flexible work schedule between the hours of 6:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.The Servicing Associate will be a member of the Escrow Analysis/ Mortgage Insurance department. The associate will be responsible for analyzing escrow accounts and monthly mortgage insurance premium processing.Responsibilities:Complete annual and interim escrow analysis processingFacilitate annual escrow statement and mortgage billing statement mailingsReview and complete escrow refund requestsEnsure timely monthly mortgage insurance payments and terminationsPerform miscellaneous job-related duties as assignedPosition Requirements:Detail orientedEffective multi-tasking capabilitiesStrong organization and time management skillsProfessional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independentlyCustomer service focusedProficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel skills preferred)
