Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training / supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.As an RN, you will:Train staff and assist the director of nursingSupport dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residentsAssist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulationsEnsure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plansKnow and follow infection control and safety proceduresReview, update and communicate resident care documentationEvaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulationsYou Currently:Possess a current RN license in good standingNew grads are encouraged to apply!
