Account Manager (Instrumentation/Automation)

Our client is seeking a field-based Account Manager to drive revenue growth by building strong customer relationships and delivering technical, solution-focused support. This role identifies new business opportunities, supports key product lines, and ensures exceptional customer satisfaction across multiple business units.ResponsibilitiesGrow revenue through strategic account management and new business developmentProvide technical expertise on instrumentation, filtration, and process equipmentDevelop proposals and deliver consultative, solution-based sales supportMaintain CRM accuracy and manage a multi-site customer baseRequires travel in Colorado and into WyomingQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering/technical field or equivalent experience5+ years B2B industrial sales (oil & gas, chemical, refining, power, wastewater)5+ years selling Temperature, Pressure, Analytical, Level, Flow instrumentation or process equipment3+ years managing strategic, multi-site accountsSkillsStrong consultative selling and technical proposal developmentProven success landing new accounts and expanding market shareExecutive-level relationship buildingExcellent communication, organization, and time-managementSelf-starter with a positive, solutions-oriented mindsetCompensation: base Salary plus monthly commissionsNote: To comply with state laws, the annual base salary range for this position has been provided as a guideline.
