Responsibilities:Responsible for projects specific to corporate change initiatives that have significant impact on how the company does business, provides a product or service, or executes a functionProject responsibility requires responsibility for staff and budgetServes as primary contact to Executive management for critical change initiatives depending on scope and impact of business supporting.Communicates, influences and negotiates both vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage necessary resourcesAccountable for analyzing present-state, developing alternative future-state approaches and facilitating implementationAbility to translate business plans/policies into specific goals, tactics and action plansAbility to navigate a highly matrixed organization effectivelyAccountable for managing external and reputational riskManagement experience with large teamsExcellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlinesStrong business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomesTypically 7+ plus years of project management experience.
