Full-Time Commercial Concierge
We are seeking a professional and reliable Full-Time Commercial Concierge to join our team! This role is ideal for individuals who excel in creating welcoming environments, providing high-level customer service, and managing a wide variety of property and tenant needs. The Commercial Concierge is the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and vendors, and plays a key role in supporting amenity spaces, events, and building operations. This may encompass themed events, memorable traditions, unique gifts and touches and interactive activities.Conference Room Coordination for state of the art Conference Center.Deliver Concierge Services - Connect our clients with a limitless range of high-quality products and services available from local, regional, and national businesses that gives clients the freedom to enjoy what matters most to them.Marketing and Promotion of Services and Events – Outreach consists of onsite, in-person creative techniques combined with technology and marketing collateral, with an ultimate goal of fostering client trust and promoting concierge services, amenity programs and tenant events.At Capitol Concierge, we are looking for:Proactive salesmanship empowered by interpersonal relationshipsIndividuals with a passion for exceptional serviceA candidate who possesses a distinct ability to proactively connect, build relationships and express ideas and solutions with clarity and competenceAn ability to provide a high level of organization in each task performed from inception to completionSelf-motivation and proactivity with an ability to manage time effectivelyOrganized individuals with high attention to detail, and an outstanding ability to manage simultaneous taskProjection of a self-confident demeanor with the ability to be flexible and approachableAbility to work both independently and in a team environmentQUALIFICATIONS:At least 2 years of proven corporate experience2 years of Event planning experienceConference Room/Conference Center Coordination ExperienceBachelor’s degreeProven computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) as well as ability to learn concierge technologyProven customer service experienceMarketing-oriented with ability to build lasting relationshipsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsComfort in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentAbility to work with internal staff as well as external vendors and contractorsSchedule Expectations: Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pmCompany Benefits:Full time employees onlyPaid Time Off (PTO) – to be used for vacation, personal and sick leaveCompany paid life insurance $35K for Concierges and $50k for managementHealthcare including Medical, Dental, and Vision including a 100% employer paid option.
