With new concepts for working and driving hydraulics, we ensure that our Customer's mobile machines meet these standards, making us the Global Leader in Mobile Hydraulics Applications!We are one winning team empowered to serve our Customers and deliver.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Logistics Engineer to support and continuously improve material flow across our manufacturing facility, including warehousing, receiving, and shipping operations. This role plays a key part in driving Lean production principles, Continuous Improvement (CIP), and cross-functional collaboration.Success in this role requires not only strong analytical and process-design skills, but also the ability to coach, influence, and lead teams through improvement projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLogistics & OperationsDesign, analyze, and optimize material flow from receiving through production, warehousing, and shippingImprove inventory management, storage layouts, and internal logistics systems to support production efficiencySupport capacity planning, line-side logistics, and space utilization initiativesCollaborate with production, planning, quality, and purchasing to ensure smooth operations and maintain PFEP files.Develop and maintain physical logistics PFMEA'sLean & Continuous ImprovementLead and support CIP initiatives using Lean principles (e.g. value stream mapping, standard work, 5S, Kanban, pull systems)Identify waste, bottlenecks, and variability within logistics and production support processesDevelop, implement, and sustain standardized processes and visual management toolsTrack and report KPIs related to logistics performance and improvement activitiesPeople & Project LeadershipCoach and guide operators, team leads, and supervisors through improvement projectsFacilitate workshops, Kaizen events, and problem-solving sessionsAct as a change agent, helping teams adopt new ways of workingLead cross-functional project teams from concept through implementationQualificationsQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain and 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with integrated warehousing and shipping operationsStrong knowledge of Lean production systems and continuous improvement methodologiesProven experience leading or supporting improvement projectsComfortable working on the shop floor and engaging directly with teamsSkills & CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and facilitation abilitiesAbility to influence without authority and build trust across teamsStructured, hands-on, and results-oriented mindsetExperience with SAP/WMS systems and data analysis tools is a plusAdditional InformationIndefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.
