Registered Dental Hygienist
Complete Smiles- Mountain View is a family-focused dental practice in West Jordan, UT, seeking a Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. We’re looking for a motivated, patient-centered hygienist who is excited to grow clinically and work as part of a collaborative, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
Co-diagnose with doctors and contribute to treatment planning
Deliver patient-centered hygiene care with kindness and professionalism
Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and charting
Collaborate with the team to support practice growth and efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications
Active Registered Dental Hygienist license
CPR certification
Strong clinical foundation and willingness to learn
Ability to co-diagnose and communicate effectively with providers and patients
Open to recent graduates and experienced hygienists
Office Hours
Monday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Tuesday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Wednesday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Thursday: 8:00 am - 1:00 pm
Friday: Closed
Saturday : Closed
Sunday: Closed
Preferred Skills & Interests
Interest in expanding skills in laser dentistry

Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Pay Range: $43–$50/hour DOE
Bonus: Production-based bonus structure
