It is a win-win-win!The RoleWe are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who thrives on ownership and loves building products that work in the real world. You will be hands-on across the entire stack - from architecting backend systems to shipping polished frontend features - and will play a key role in shaping how our platform evolves. This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role on a lean engineering team where your decisions matter and your work ships.You will work closely with clinical, product, and operations teams to build tools that directly impact patients and the clinicians who care for them. If you want to write code that means something, this is the place.What You'll DoCore EngineeringDesign, build, and maintain full stack features across our platformOwn backend architecture and API design using Python/Django and JavaScriptDevelop performant frontend applications using React and modern JavaScriptArchitect and integrate microservices and third-party systems (e.g. Twilio, messaging, analytics tools)Debug complex production issues across distributed systems - frontend, backend, and infrastructureImprove system reliability, observability, and performanceContribute to infrastructure and DevOps (AWS/GCP, CI/CD, IaC)Write clean, testable, and scalable code; enforce best practices through code reviewsTechnical Leadership & Growth Drive technical decision-making and influence architectureStay current with modern tools, frameworks, and best practicesIdentify inefficiencies and proactively improve systems and processesTake ownership of ambiguous problems and deliver solutionsWhat We're Looking ForExperience - Required 4-6+ years of professional software development experienceProven experience owning features or systems end-to-end in productionStrong backend development with Python/Django and JavaScriptAdvanced API design and integration - REST, async workflows, webhooksFrontend development with React and modern JavaScriptCloud platforms: AWS and/or GCP (compute, networking, storage, monitoring)Experience integrating and managing external services and microservices (e.g. Twilio, third-party APIs)Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across the full stackInfrastructure & Data PostgreSQL and data modelingInfrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar)CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflowsExperience with logging, monitoring, and observability toolsDevelopment Practices Unit and integration testingGit-based workflows (GitHub)Agile/project management tools (e.g. Jira)Nice to Have Healthcare or health-tech experienceFamiliarity with HIPAA, SOC 2, or HITRUST environmentsWho You AreYou thrive when you...
