Our mission is to help clients make informed financial decisions with clarity, confidence, and peace of mind.Role DescriptionCoral Wealth Management is seeking a full-time, in-office Client Service Associate to join our growing team in Aventura, Florida. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and personable professional who enjoys working directly with clients and being part of a collaborative team environment.The Client Service Associate will support the Financial Advisor and Operations Manager in delivering exceptional client service and ensuring efficient day-to-day office operations. This individual will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating account administration, and supporting overall client experience initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with account paperwork, onboarding, maintenance requests, and account transfersCoordinate and process account openings, ACAT transfers, rollovers, beneficiary updates, and custodial formsMaintain accurate client records and documentation within CRM systems, custodial platforms, Box, and client financial planning portalsPrepare meeting materials, reports, and client follow-up communicationsMonitor workflows and ensure timely completion of client service requestsCommunicate with custodians, insurance companies, and financial institutionsHandle client communications including phone calls, emails, scheduling, and appointment confirmationsSupport the advisory team with administrative and operational responsibilitiesEnsure compliance with firm policies and industry regulationsManage advisor calendars and coordinate meetingsHelp maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming office environmentQualifications2+ years of experience in client service, administrative support, or financial services preferredExcellent organizational skills and strong attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication skillsProfessional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe AcrobatExperience with CRM systems and custodial platforms is a plusAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamHigh level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential informationPreferred ExperienceExperience in wealth management, financial planning, banking, or insurance industriesFamiliarity with Schwab Advisor Center, Redtail CRM, Black Diamond, Morningstar, or similar platformsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceOpportunities for career growth and professional development90% employer-paid healthcare coverage401(k) retirement plan with company matchingPerformance-based bonus opportunitiesPaid time off (PTO)Gym membership reimbursementCell phone reimbursementSupportive, collaborative, and client-focused team environmentWork LocationThis is a full-time, in-office position located in Aventura, Florida.
