OurPeople provides employee communication software for hourly employees. We have great customers across the US and UK, and we are expanding our customer success team. Our growing software startup is looking for positive people to join our team and help us take the company to the next level.
Our Customer Success team provides Implementation, Training, and Support services to a wide variety of customers. You will work closely with our customers to solve their business goals and challenges and coach them on the best ways to use OurPeople.
Here is what we are looking for in our next team member.
Job Responsibilities:
· Be a positive, forward-looking addition to our team! (Negatrons need not apply.)
· Assist new customers with Implementation Services and help configure OurPeople to meet the customer’s needs.
· Provide online Training for new customers.
· Work with customers needing Support on the product.
· Organize and provide regular webinar training for existing customers to educate them on new product features.
· Coach customers to be product experts and train their teams to become increasingly self-sufficient.
· Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction with a focus on customer loyalty.
· Identify common customer challenges and actively suggest better solutions.
· Help drive customer references and case studies.
· Assist the QA & Product team with regular product release testing.
· Work with existing customers to ensure they are happy and getting the most out of OurPeople.
· Provide Implementation, Training, Support, and Account Manager services to our customers during normal business hours.
· Be willing to “jump in” and assist team members.
Requirements:
· Experience in a customer-facing role including customer success, account management, or customer support. SaaS experience is a benefit.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
· Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas.
· Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships.
· Consistent track record of highly professional customer service.
· You must be organized and detail-oriented.
· Experience with CRM, marketing software, MS Office, G-suites, and support software tools.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
