COMMISSARY COOK

Penn National Gaming - - Responsibilities: Prepares, season, and mix, grab & go salads/sandwiches/etc., compound salads, fruit/veggie displays, other foodstuffs for consumption in dining areas at Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races by performing the following duties.; Slices meats/cheeses/vegetables/fruits, portions food to fill orders.; Fills commissary orders to outlets.; Adds seasoning to foods during mixing or cooking/mixing.; Observes and tests foods being cooked by tasting, smelling, and piercing with fork to determine that it is cooked.
