Receiver A high-volume restaurant group located in Beverly Hills is seeking a reliable Receiver to manage the receiving and inventory of supplies and ingredients. Experience in the restaurant industry is a MUST for this role. Duties and Responsibilities (not all-inclusive) : Receive and inspect deliveries of supplies and ingredients, ensuring accuracy and quality. Unload deliveries and store items in the appropriate locations, maintaining proper storage conditions. Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock is rotated and organized. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure that supplies are available and properly stored. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the receiving area and storage rooms. Communicate with vendors regarding any issues with deliveries or orders. Qualifications : Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Receiver or in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to lift heavy items and work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Restaurant industry experience is required.
