You’ll be:Actively sourcing and engaging top passive engineering talent through LinkedIn, and various job boardsScreening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess technical skills, relevant experience, and cultural fitPartnering closely with engineering managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job descriptionsGuiding candidates smoothly through the full recruiting process, including interviews, feedback, and offer negotiationsCreating and managing robust talent pipelines to support current hiring needsThis job might be an outstanding fit if you:Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field— must haveHave 4-7 years of proven work experience as a full-cycle Technical Recruiter or in an engineering recruitment role—must havePossess an understanding of technical job requirements such as software stacks or mobile engineering basics—must haveAre proficient with LinkedIN Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems, AI and resume databases—must haveDemonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to proactively headhunt passive candidates in the tech sector—must haveOffer technical recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment— must have Must posses a sense of urgency and be results driven - must haveWhat happens next?Once you apply, you’ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
