Role Description This is a volunteer and remote Development Associate role. The Development Associate will support and enhance the organization’s fundraising efforts, conduct donor research, manage donor databases, and assist with communication efforts. Responsibilities include crafting compelling grant proposals, contributing to fundraising campaigns, analyzing donor trends, and fostering relationships with potential and existing donors. The role is integral in advancing the organization's mission by securing resources for its transformative initiatives.
