Registered Dietitian
Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Dietitian to join our group private practice as a W-2 position, committed to promoting optimal nutrition and health outcomes for diverse patient populations. In this vital role, you will assess individual nutritional needs, develop personalized care plans, and provide expert guidance to support general nutrition counseling and gastrointestinal health. Hours depend on the populations you feel confident and comfortable seeing. This position starts at 10 hours per month, with the ability to increase hours gradually and add availability throughout the week over time. The ability to increase faster depending on clientele you are able to work with. Ideally a hybrid schedule, however open to discuss fully virtual schedule. Pick your own schedule with a flexible work arrangement; hybrid preferred, fully virtual open for discussion.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive client assessments to evaluate nutritional status, including diagnostic evaluations and physiological considerations.
Develop and implement tailored care plans that incorporate dietary modifications and individualized strategies.
Provide nutrition counseling and Medical Nutrition Therapy to empower clients in making sustainable lifestyle changes.
Collaborate with providers and other healthcare disciplines to coordinate care plans for clients.
Utilize Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems efficiently to document assessments, interventions, and progress notes.
Monitor patient progress through ongoing evaluations, adjusting nutrition plans as needed for optimal outcomes in GI health and other health concerns.

Qualifications
Valid registration as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN).
2 years experience in a clinical setting.
Familiarity with EMR systems and documentation standards in healthcare settings.
Excellent client assessment skills combined with the ability to deliver engaging 1:1 sessions.
Board Certified Specialist in Digestive Health (CSDH) preferred but not required.
