We prioritize strong communication, consistent support, and long-term relationships with our caregivers.Job SummaryWe are seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers who are committed to providing high-quality, client-centered care. Our caregivers play a critical role in helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.What You'll DoAssist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)Provide personal care including hygiene, grooming, and mobility assistancePrepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundryOffer companionship and emotional supportMonitor client safety and report changes to the care teamFollow individualized care plans and document daily activitiesRequirementsMust be at least 21 years of ageMinimum 1 years of caregiving experience (home care or facility-based)Must reside in South CarolinaValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insuranceFirst Aid certification required per DHEC (paid training provided if needed)Must pass background check and drug screeningDependable, punctual, and professionalAble to meet the physical demands of caregiving, including lifting up to 50 lbsCompensation & BenefitsStarting pay: $17.00 per hourOpportunity for pay increases based on experience, availability, and performanceWeekly payMileage reimbursementPaid orientation and trainingHoliday payPerformance-based raises$50 sign-on stipend after first two weeks (35+ hours worked, no no call/no shows)
