In-depth knowledge and experience of the electronic specialty gas market strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree in engineering or chemistry required; MBA preferred. Strong understanding of value-based pricing, negotiation, and commercial strategy. Proven ability to influence and lead in a matrixed, global organization. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
