Role Description This is a full-time or part-time, on-site role for an Early Childhood Teacher at our Mount Juliet, TN location. The Early Childhood Teacher will be responsible for implementing age-appropriate curriculum, fostering a safe and engaging learning environment, and supporting the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of children. The role also includes establishing strong communication with families and collaborating with other staff members to ensure children’s overall growth and success. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required.Must be 18.Strong skills in Working with Children and creating a nurturing and inclusive environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with families and colleaguesPatience, adaptability, and a passion for making a positive impact on children’s lives2+ years of experience in early childhood education or teaching roles is highly desirable but not required.CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain upon hire
