Detail-oriented individuals committed to accurate regulatory reporting. What Youll DoConduct daily trade practice surveillance and support new customer onboarding. Assist in preparing and submitting timely regulatory filings to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Review and update exchange policies and procedures to support compliance. Identify, investigate, and escalate potential trade practice violations. Partner closely with the Regulation Team on investigations and ongoing trade practice oversight. Monitor market activity, participant behavior, and relevant industry trends. Provide rotational coverage during market hours to ensure continuous market surveillance. What Were Looking ForExperience in market regulation. Proficiency in compliance practices. Skills in trade practice surveillance. Ability to perform regulatory reporting. Demonstrated attention to detail. Familiarity with Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and Commodity Exchange Act (CEA) requirements. Capacity to learn internal surveillance tools. Experience with case management systems (preferred).CompensationCompensation: Up to $70,000 annual.
